Sometimes, you just need to eat a good, old fashioned hamburger. If you're in Dallas, that's where Hunky's comes in. Onion rings, fries, milkshakes, this place has it all.

Delicious juicy burgers
great taste. although I want more than taste from a burger joint I want a sign somewhere telling me how much percentage of fat is in my burger, if its from grass fed cows, wheat bread etc.. this is 2010 time to get with the health program!
It's what we expect
We stay overnight in Dallas several times a year on our way back and forth to Tulsa, OK area. We almost always have and evening bite to eat at Hunky's because we alway know what to expect. A greasy but good burger and fries, a friendly and welcoming satff with good service and enough cruising both in the restaurant and on the sidewalk to satisfy these two old bears. We love it. Don't go here if you are expecting huate' cuisine or rare delicacies, it is what it is! P.S. Still the same in the new location!
Appalling
I have eaten Intestine sat in Borneo, live octopus in Seoul, Poutine in Canada, but nothing made me as nauseated as the staggeringly greasy, unappetizing non-food food served here. Completely disappointing. What's so hard about cooking a hamburger, rare, served in an appetizing way on a bun with some crisp (not mushy) fries? Couldn't wait to get out.
Great Window
Ate there the first time today and liked it. The service was great and the views, both inside and out, were great as well.
