Calling all LGBTQ CrossFitters and Fitness Enthusists! We will be hosting another WOD especially for the LGBTQ community on Saturday, October 21, 2017. The coaches at D-Town Crossfit are hard at work putting together a special WOD that will be sure to give you all a good Saturday work-out. Rx and scaled versions will be available! A post-WOD social hour will take place at D-Town immediately following the WOD with plenty of mimosas! All CrossFitters - from any gym - are invited, but some prior fitness experience is recommended.
