Texas is a state of mind. Texas is an obsession. Suffice it to say, OUTWOD is obsessed. We kick off our Texas weekend in Dallas on Friday night, September 15th. OUT//Dallas will be hosted by Social Mechanics and will be benefitting the Resource Center. ▪️DETAILS▪️ WHAT: OUT//Dallas WHERE: Social Mechanics, 2010 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX DATE: Friday, September 15th, 2017 6:00PM - Doors Open 6:30PM - Workout Begins 8:30PM - Event Ends / Party Commences WORKOUT - Team-style, high-intensity interval training incorporating functional movements. AFTER PARTY - Hosted by @HGSplyCo directly following workout. . Remember, all of our fitness events are inclusive and open to athletes from all backgrounds, ages, shapes, sizes and skill level. There is NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED at any of our fitness events, just a desire to live a healthy life and sweat alongside your peers.
