Join us as we welcome, Rafael Anchia, State Representative of House District 103.
Voters elected Rafael Anchia in November 2004 as the State Representative of House District 103 in the Texas House of Representatives. In the 84th Legislature, Rep. Anchia continued to serve as the Chair of the House Committee on International Trade and Intergovernmental Affairs and as a member of the Committee on Energy Resources. Anchia is a member of various professional, civic and charitable organizations, including the Leadership Dallas Alumni Association, the Dallas Assembly, the SMU Clements Center on Southwest Studies, the Oak Cliff Lions Club, and the Hoblitzelle Foundation.
