TBRU Registration and Hotel Reservation Go-Live Date CHANGED NEW - TBRU Registration and Hotel Reservation GO-LIVE date is Wednesday, November 16th at 12noon Central Time (UTC/GMT -6.00). Dear Bears and Friends, We just announced less than 24 hours ago our go-live for TBRU registration. This afternoon we received word from the Lanyon Company who runs PassKey our hotel reservation software that PassKey will go down World-wide Friday and not back up for several days. This would create severe disruption for all of you to make hotel reservations, especially for those outside of the North Americas - and that makes us very, very uncomfortable. All PassKey users received the same word today about the change of servers/data centers for the whole world-wide system. The effect is far reaching and our housing vendor, Connections Housing, is the largest user world-wide of PassKey. Therefore, to avoid any system issues, disruption and possible problems with your very important hotel reservations for TBRU we are moving our Registration Go-Live Date to Wednesday, November 16th at 12noon Central Time (UTC/GMT -6.00) We apologize for any inconvenience - but, we want your TBRU registration and hotel reservations to be a positive experience free from disruption. We sincerely apologize, we worked hard to go-live this week, but we are at the mercy of our system providers in this instance... we want everything to run smoothly and correctly for you, our honored guests.
