Fall Frolick 2017 Art Contest

Contest Timeline: September 20, 2016 to November 1, 2016 The announcement and awarding of the winner will occur during the Fall Frolick Follies Show at the Dallas Eagle on Sunday, November 20, 2016 during the Fall Frolick Event. For Information and Tickets to Fall Frolick go to: http://www.fallfrolick.com/about-fall-frolick Art Contest Press Release & Rules: The North Texas Council of Clubs (NTXCC) is pleased to announce it is accepting submissions for Fall Frolick 2017 Artwork. Fall Frolick is an annual event produced by the member clubs and organizations of the North Texas Council of Clubs. NTXCC was created to foster brother/sister hood amongst its member clubs, organizations, and businesses. The annual Fall Frolick event is a 3 day event designed to allow local North Texans as well as our out of town guests to network and socialize. November 17-19, 2017 marks our seventh Fall Frolick weekend. The artwork is needed to be of a cohesive theme across all four entries in order to be considered. Please make sure that elements of your overall theme are present for each item listed below. As well, the following colors and information should be present: *Pin design must include the following verbiage: “Fall Frolick 2017”, “NTXCC” and use the colors black, brown, orange, red and yellow. *T-shirt design must include the following verbiage: “Fall Frolick 2017”, “NTXCC” and use the colors black, brown, orange, red and yellow. *Poster design must include the following verbiage: “Fall Frolick”, “NTXCC presents”, “Dallas-Fort Worth”, the dates November 17-19, 2017, and use the colors black, brown, orange, red and yellow. The posters should be able to be printed in 11” X 17” and should be submitted in both portrait and landscape. *Program Cover design must include the following verbiage: “Fall Frolick”, “NTXCC presents”, “Dallas-Fort Worth”, the dates November 17-19, 2017, and use the colors black, brown, orange, red and yellow. The program should be able to be printed in 5 1/2” X 8 1/2” at a minimum. Anyone is invited to submit their artwork with its cohesive fall theme. Each person can submit as many times as they wish. The contest will run from September 20, 2016 to November 1, 2016. Artwork may be submitted by email and must be received by midnight November 1, 2016. The email address to use is ffartwork@yahoo.com. All artwork should be at minimum 300dpi. An announcement of the winner will be made at the Fall Frolick event during the Sunday Follies held at the Dallas Eagle.
