On July 7, 2016, Dallas lost 5 officers in the line of duty as they were fighting for their city & the citizens that they protect.
Dallas stands 3,369 officers strong. To honor these men and women, please join us for a WOD in their honor. The WOD is as follows: 5 Rounds For Time, one for each of the fallen officers, of a 300m Run, 36 Double Unders, and 9 Thrusters for the 3,369 officers that put their life on the line to protect us every day. Join us Saturday, August 27 to support the men and women of the Dallas Police Department.
The event starts at 9am. We will have heats of 20 people running every half-hour starting at 9:30am.
A Kids WOD will start at 11am and will be a fun obstacle type workout for kids 12 & younger.
