We also hire security for this event.* Drinking Policy: If you are underage, do not even think about touching a drink. We have a strict no-tolerance policy. If one of our staff or venue security sees you with a drink in hand and you are underage, you will be escorted out and you will be banned from all future Hallyu Entertainment events and concerts. No exceptions, no "I was just holding this for a friend." The bar offers non-alcoholic drinks for minors. FAQ: Q: What is the Early-Entry ticket? A: Early-Entry ticket holders will be able to party with us at 2pm (instead of waiting until 4pm) and they will be guranteed a lightstick! Our event opens for GA ticketholders at 4pm, perhaps if you need to leave before the event finishes at 8pm, or you just want to go crazy partying for 6 hours, you can enter at 2pm and rock out to your favorite K-Pop even sooner and stay as long as you like! Q: What do I do if I bought the wrong ticket? A: Please message us with your order number and let us know what you want to buy. We will then ask you to place a new order with the correct ticket. At that time, your incorrect order will be refunded in full. Q: Can I reserve a booth and buy bottles? A: Yes, just contact us and we will arrange a sweet deal for you! Q: Do I have to print my ticket, or...? A: We are environmentally conscious and designed our system so that you do not have to. Just show us your ticket confirmation or PayPal transaction from the email and we'll mark you off. In case your phone is out of batteries, just have the person who paid for the tickets provide their name and a valid government issued ID. If multiple tickets were purchased, the person who paid for the tickets needs to be present for the group to enter. Q: Can I leave and come back? A: If you need to leave and come back, just let the ticket-taker at the door know your name, and do not take off your wristband. Q: Why are 18+ tickets more expensive than 21+ tickets? A: In all cases for events that serve alcohol and also caters to minors, there are inherent risks and liabilities on the promoter/venue and the extra cost goes to cover increased security to keep minors away from alcohol. Q: What should I wear? A: Dress to impress. If you need outfit suggestions, check out MV's like GD&TOP's High High or 2PM's Go Crazy. Please do not wear sweats, althetic shorts, etc... Q: Can you play my song? A: Sure! Just post a request in the group or ask the DJ. Please note that if you submit a ballad or something else that is slow, we may not play it. Q: Can I bring in my own drinks? A: Due to our events offering alcohol sales and entry to minors, we do not allow outside drinks into our event. Q: Are tickets refundable or transferable?
