XYOGA™: A yoga class for men.

Yoga is typically recognized as a woman’s domain, but YS is luckily an exception to that rule – and we’re proud of it. To celebrate our YS men, we‘re offering a dedicated class that will be tailored to, and taught by, men. Basically, the XYs get to take over the studio. Join Christopher Roberson and new YS Assistant Loyall Gause on July 16th for a session focusing on: -core strengthening -hip and hamstring stretching -shoulder/chest opening -arm strength Expect a class of the same intensity, but with a focus on poses that the male build responds best to. All levels of experience are welcomed. If you’ve never tried yoga and want to practice in an environment free of limber females, this is your chance. Members practice for free and can use quarterly free guest passes. Regular class prices apply for non-members.
