C.U.R.E. Community, Unity, Respect, Education Inc. and Walgreens presents AIDS WALK SOUTH DALLAS 2014. The 5K walk/run kicks off Saturday, March 22, 2014 at 8AM. This year's theme of AIDS Walk South Dallas 2014 "Changing Lives One Step At A Time" extends the mission which is to inspire, educate and galvanize the community of South Dallas and surrounding areas to continue to curb the spread of HIV/AIDS and assist those impacted.

This year's theme of AIDS Walk South Dallas 2014 "Changing Lives One Step At A Time" extends the mission which is to inspire, educate and galvanize the community of South Dallas and surrounding areas to continue to curb the spread of HIV/AIDS and assist those impacted.
Our partner and host once again for AIDS Walk South Dallas 2014 is the historical St. Philip's School & Community Center located at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. The 5K walk’s route will begin at Pennsylvania and Julius Schepps Freeway continuing through other historical areas of South Dallas and winding back to St. Philips. Registration begins at 8:00 AM and the walk starts at 10:00 AM. Live entertainment and fun activities courtesy of community partners will headline the closing ceremonies.
Funds raised will benefit AIN - AIDS Interfaith Network, Dallas, a 26-year old HIV/AIDS service organization that works to prevent the spread of HIV and serves persons living with HIV/AIDS and other vulnerable populations.
